Embossed, stand-collar knitted jacket

Crafted from custom cotton yarn, this requires a complex process, including spinning a core, then re-processing the yarn on a loom, threading the core, and finally dyeing. Dyeing requires high-temperature vats; insufficient temperatures will result in uneven dyeing. Drying requires low temperatures, which can take several hours. High temperatures will result in the yarn being discarded. After dyeing, peening must be done on a slow machine; fast machines can easily create streaks of thick and thin yarn. The fabric is knitted on imported looms at a uniform speed, taking 270 minutes per piece. The all-over branded embossed jacquard design pairs well with seasonal bottoms for a stylish look.
